Detailed Abstract Submission Instructions
Abstract Instruction
The following submission guidelines apply to general meeting attendees.
Submitting an abstract does not guarantee registration.
Meeting and abstract space can potentially fill prior to posted deadlines.
Abstracts are published in a non-accredited journal that is given to all conference attendees.
Abstract editing is the responsibility of the author.
STEP 1: Format Abstract.
Abstract must be saved in the rich text format (rtf). In your word processing program, go to the file menu and choose Save As. Change the type to Rich Text Format (RTF).
We suggest using Arial font for your abstract.
You may only submit one abstract for this meeting.
Title should be followed by one return.
Author List and Institutions should be followed by one return.
Abstract size should not exceed 3.5" x 5" (88.9mm x 127mm).
Margins for Letter size:
Top - 1" (25.4 mm)
Bottom - 5" (127 mm)
Left - 2.5" (63.5 mm)
